• Tashreef services are provided by Jetex Oman, a division of Jetex Operation Services.
• Bookings can be requested up to 48 hours prior to departure / arrival at Muscat international Airport.
• Cancellations must be made through the Jetex team no later than 8 hours prior to departure. Please email tashreef@jetex.com.
• The service is non-refundable in case of a no-show and/or failure to change the reservation beyond 8 hours prior to departure.
• Fees are inclusive of all taxes and are non-refundable.
• Service fees are for the full package and cannot be divided or exchanged for any other service.
• Service can be re-scheduled to another date up to a maximum of one year from the date of issue, however the new service date must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure.
