Cancel and Refund is only available for tickets issued in Oman Air website, Oman Air offices or Call Center and paid via bank cards. For tickets issued in Oman Air office using cash, you can get refund only from Oman Air office. Cancel and Refund for tickets issued by travel agency need to be done only by travel agency.
